We begin with a free discovery call to feel into whether we’re a good fit. If we choose to work together, sessions are held via Zoom, typically lasting 60 minutes.
Each session is spacious and intuitive — we might explore what’s currently alive for you, reflect on recurring patterns, or work somatically with the body and nervous system. There’s no rigid agenda; instead, we follow your inner rhythm and what wants attention in the moment.
You’ll leave each session feeling more connected, resourced, and aligned with yourself.
